The civil society in Iraq: observations and instructions

even the civil society who supposed to find solutions to lots of issues have issues!
so I want to summarize some of them in this post P.S these following points aren’t generalized to all of NGOs, Teams, Organizations and I commend the work of lots of them in developing the current situation to better
but
1- there are lots of organizations, Teams, NGOs receiving a fund from international organizations for special purposes, for example, organizing a project concerned in raising up the Education quality or raising up the health awareness, regrettably what they going to do? they would organize a worthless workshop then they would present what did they do in the workshop in worthless conference surprise the fund who supposed to process an issue gone in vain
so what the sponsors, other entities can do in this situation?
increase the supervising in the implementation Procedures, for example, send a physical supervisor instead of total adoption on a report or High-quality Edited videos
2- what are the objectives of that NGO who I would like to mention it as letter “x” so x NGO doesn’t have any selected objectives or identify so I can assume the x NGO exist to promoting for Politicals party or waiting for political collaborations so don’t let him exploit you under the pretext of volunteer work! or they just want to exploit you
3- does this NGO standing for processing existing issues or not?
there is a huge amount of NGOs trying to processing non-existing problems to promoting for their-self as Social reformers but literally, they are wasting the time of their volunteers and might they wasting the source of funding (this fund supposed to be spent in processing real issues ) both of volunteer and the funder might don’t

the Iraqi education system

lots of things have been changed in Iraq after 2003 but the education system becomes Worst constantly
for example:
1. Overcrowded schools. 
2 . the old learning way (dependable from the ministry of education).
3 . Lack of interest in the capabilities of students.
4. inequality in education quantity between governmental schools, for example, there are intermediate school their student study seven lessons per day in the same time there are school their student study five lessons per day , there are school teach French language lesson and there are school doesn't ( for notice study the French language make different in student average in the sixth grade and that make different in College Acceptances standards )

future

my view to the future of humankind is an
immortal species traveling between stars
believe me who criticize this opinion are the same close minded people who criticized the idea of plane and Cloning
in the few 100 years ago
